These policies apply to our Rental Car locations in Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.


General rules

You must present the receipt of your reservation in paper or digital form upon arrival at the rental office. If the receipt is not presented, the car rental agent may charge the corresponding rate established by the counter. Please note: We are not responsible for additional rental costs in cases where the receipt has not been presented to the local agency at the time of vehicle collection. If you do not present any of the required documents, the documentation is invalid, or you do not have enough money on your credit card to make the required payments, the rental car agent may refuse to deliver the vehicle and you will not be refunded any prepaid amounts. at the time of booking.

If the renter does not show up within 1 hour after the scheduled pickup time, the branch has the right to declare the reservation as No-Show and not provide a car in case the renter shows up later. If locations have the vehicle available after marking the reservation as a no-show, a reinstatement fee of up to $65.00 plus tax will apply. Any change in the car pick-up or drop-off time must be notified in writing to our email at least 48 hours before the reservation to guarantee availability. If we are notified later, availability for the vehicle or rental category is not guaranteed.

Smoking is not allowed in our vehicles. If you smoke in one of our vehicles, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of up to $350.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide the valid documentation required for the rental.

The security deposit will be blocked on the client's credit card until 10 to 15 business days after the end of the rental period.

The deductible is the maximum amount you will have to pay to repair or replace the rental car in the event of damage or theft.

The deductible is usually USD 2,500 only if the client takes out full coverage insurance for our vehicle, otherwise it varies.

Security deposit is $400 to $2,500 for all cars (variable).

Customers who do not notify changes or cancel their reservation at least 48 hours before the pickup time, do not show up for the reservation or do not qualify for the rental at counter in accordance with our terms and conditions will be subject to a one-day rental charge or a $150 administrative fee, whichever is greater. Additional Qualifications/Drivers Renters Qualifications:

The minimum age for renters is 21 years old. A young driver fee of $14.99 plus tax per day applies to drivers under 24 years old

The maximum rental age is 74 years. A senior driver fee of $9.99 plus tax per day applies to drivers age 70 and older.


The driver's license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the rental start date. To pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver's license, credit or debit card in the name of the main driver, passport and/or identification document. Florida residents must pay a $1,000 security deposit to rent. It is allowed to add up to 1 additional driver. There is a charge of $8 plus tax per day per additional driver.

Insurance policy

There is an additional, mandatory charge of $29.99 per day for Collision Damage Waiver (CDW).

There is an additional, mandatory charge of $19.99 per day for Supplemental Liability (SLI).

If you are going to be self-insured, you must provide your insurance ID (declaration page), which must match the first name, last name and address of the main driver on the reservation. Insurance must include minimum liability coverage of $300,000.00 and provide full coverage (supplementary liability and collision) for the rental vehicle. If you are using your own insurance, a credit card security deposit will be required to cover your deductible plus damages. Insurance from Puerto Rico or Canada are not accepted.

If a customer is unable to provide insurance coverage that meets the above requirements, they will be required to purchase it from our company or be subject to a claim handling fee of $19.99/day.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) can be supplemented using your Platinum/Black credit card insurance. as long as at the same time you acquire in combination the SLI coverage offered by us the rental company, and only if the payment for the car rental is made at the counter with the same credit card used at the time of making the payment for the reservation, additionally a Security deposit of 2,500 USD for use of credit card insurance. Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If purchased, SLI provides the renter and authorized drivers with a single combined limit for third-party liability claims.

CDW insurance means that the car rental company gives up the right to charge you a high deductible that covers the entire cost if the car is damaged and, most importantly, covers most of the car if it is involved in a collision. It typically costs $29.99 per day depending on vehicle category (rate based on midsize category) and significantly reduces any deductibles owed if you are in an accident or there is damage to the vehicle. Basically, the rental company gives up its right to force you, the renter, to pay the full amount related to damages to the car. If you are in an accident or your car is stolen, without CDW insurance you will have to pay for all repairs and recovery fees, which can quickly add up to tens of thousands of dollars. With CDW insurance you will only have to pay a deductible, which will be substantially lower.

Prepaid Rates:

Prepaid rates are rates that are offered at a low price because the customer pays in advance for a non-refundable reservation. The name on the credit card must match the driver’s name. The same credit card must be presented at the counter upon pick-up. Advance payment in full is required. Your credit card will be charged immediately for the entire rental reservation. The security deposit for the vehicle will be charged when you pick up the vehicle. Prepaid rates are subject to availability for participating locations. Charges cannot be applied to other rentals, services or merchandise. No rental car rates or rental car availability are guaranteed until full payment is received.

Special rates

This product/Rate is not available to residents of the following locations: Florida.

The rate includes :

Amount of the daily rate established for car rental. Free cancellation or modifications up to 48 hours before the pickup time made through the booking source. Unlimited mileage: international only. Miles Allowed for Florida Residents (FL Driver's License): 50 miles per day, cost of 0.89 USD plus tax per extra mile. All advance payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable, there are no exceptions, in the event of cancellation or changes to your itinerary, they must be modified through the booking source and notified in writing to the following email easyrentllc@gmail. com and we will offer our customers up to 18 months to use the prepaid amount. All amounts paid over the counter are non-refundable, there are no exceptions.

Rate excludes:

Electronic tolling (mandatory), all rental cars are equipped with a Sunpass, E-Pass transponder that sticks to the car's windshield and cannot be removed. Customer personal Sunpass devices are not permitted.
We offer three options for E-Tolls:

1. 12.00 USD plus tax per day on active toll device + toll consumption (no tolls crossing penalties). Tolls consumption will be subtracted from the security deposit

2. Unlimited Toll Option for 18.99 USD plus taxes per day includes unlimited toll crossing consumptions.

3. Pay at the end "If" you consume (when option 1 is rejected at counter) this option makes the renter responsible for a 25.00 USD penalty per toll, plus administrative unauthorized toll crossing fee which will be subtracted from the security deposit.

Sales taxes, Airport surcharge, Vehicle registration fee, Energy recovery fee, VAT (value added tax). A $1,000 security deposit is required for Florida residents to rent. If the customer removes the toll tag from the car, an additional fine of $250 plus tax will be applied. Additional services such as Sim cards for cell phones, GPS devices, car seats.

Payments :

At the time of pickup, guests will be required to pay the rental amount (if not prepaid at the time of booking). Insurance, taxes, local fees and a security deposit are mandatory. The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover. Additional insurance (Full Damage Waiver (FDW)) must be purchased if using the following payment methods: cash, debit cards or through the pre-specified credit card CDW coverage. A valid credit card must be presented at the rental location in the name of the main driver to pre-authorize/charge the security deposit. The credit card(s) numbers should be highlighted and in some cases it may be necessary to enter the PIN code.

Debit card rules:

A mandatory fee for debit card payments at the counter from $9.99 per day may be applicable. When a renter, additional renter, or authorized additional driver presents an eligible checking account debit card at the beginning of the rental to qualify for the rental, Easy Rentals will perform an insurance verification with the customer's personal or commercial auto insurance company (as applicable), to verify that the insurance The policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 60 days from the date of rental and will provide comprehensive and collision insurance benefits to cover the rental vehicle. Refueling requirements upon return :

The vehicle fuel policy is consecutive if we deliver the full tank, it must be returned with the same amount to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lower amount of fuel, a refueling fee of $7.99/gallon will be charged.

Traffic tickets and citations

Renter is responsible for all fines, parking tickets, traffic tickets, and any other fines that occur during the rental period. Administrative fee of up to $100.00 plus tax, applies to each ticket or citation, if applicable. This rate includes postal costs, notary costs and our administrative costs. When the vehicle is towed for being parked in a prohibited area, not having paid the parking fee or having participated in an accident, in addition to the expenses of the Towing company, a fee of up to $375.00 plus VAT would be applied for expenses. notarial. , administrative expenses etc.


There is no refund for early returns. All amounts paid are non-refundable. Without exceptions. All cancellations or modifications must be made through the original reservation source, late return of the car to the rental company according to the schedule established in the contract may cause a full day rate penalty after 1 hour of delay.


Our usual opening hours are 06:00 - 23:00 (depending on location). Pickup and drop-off from 11:01 p.m. to 5:59 a.m. are with our prior consent for the additional after-hours charge of $25.00 plus tax (at select locations)


The minimum rental duration is 3 days, the maximum is 30 days. For rentals longer than 30 days, the lessee must return the vehicle to the rental office for maintenance, review and renewal of the Rental Agreement every 30 days.

Geographic restrictions :
